Shipping Policy

Andarr Industries does not include shipping at checkout. We offer two options for shipping. We can ship with your courier of choice, as third-party billing is available for most carriers. Or we can arrange shipping for you and charge the freight seperately. Andarr Industries will contact you to confirm your shipping instructions.

Please note all lost or damaged third-party shipment claims must be initiated by the third-party account holder. For any shipping rates, special rate quotes and general shipping rate enquires you can always contact us at
support@andarrindustries.com.

Return & Exchange Policy

Andarr Industries offers a return period of 30 days (on non-parishables) from date of order unless otherwise stated. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. Special Order items may not be returned. Opened and/or unsealed items are not returnable unless defective. Products requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer VIA Andarr.  Customers may obtain an RMA number by sending an email to support@andarrindustries.com or by calling 780-437-1417  You will be required to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%; please contact for more details.
